Nintendo Color TV Game Component Video Out?

I noticed that the custom IC on the nintendo Color TV game hardware outputs in YCaCb to the RF encoder. I was wondering if it's possible to grab component video from pins 19, 20, and 11

Could someone with more knowledge help me out? Probably need to build the amp here for a proper Y signal: http://matthieu.benoit.free.fr/cross/data_sheets/M5C6847P-1.pdf (Page 6, Fig.4)

No idea if this is even a logical thought or if YCbCr is related to YCaCb
