Does a Startropics FC pirate exist?

I'm sure this really doesn't need explanation... But I will anyway. Startropics doesn't exist on Famicom. Did any of the FC pirate organizations make a bootleg version? Just wondering.

Apparently not - something to do with the mapper I had heard.  If FCgamer has never seen one, that's as good as it not existing I'd say
