I tried making one of these for someone and although the game works good on the Everdrive FC, for some odd reason the graphics for Airman and others break when the game is on its own cartridge. It could be timing differences with certain 74xx161 chips, could be bad programming, hard to say.

so, what's the prob with sacrificing the whole everdrive fc for the repro?

i doubt if any skilled repro maker could make it for cheaper.

Except the Everdrive FC can't be set to autoboot a ROM, so that wouldn't work.

The only real answer is fixing the ROM hack so it works properly on real hardware.
