FDS Motor speed help?

I am going to fix my FDS's motor speed. is there any way to do so without a Copy Master disk?
Can't find the FDSLoadr PC program? Get it here. It took me way too long to find.

Why do you have to fix motor speed?  ???
I don't buy, sell or trade at moment.
But my question is how hackers at that time were able to hack those games?(c)krzy

Because it just throws error 22. And I mucked around with the motor speed which caused that error afaik.
Can't find the FDSLoadr PC program? Get it here. It took me way too long to find.
