Actually caught this at a pizza place waiting for my lunch.

Short version: parents buy knock-off SNES mini full of NES rom hacks and find some of the terrible things the Internet has created.

All I can think of when I watched that video is:

Clueless consumers who don't question a cheap price don't get the product they wanted, news at 11.

Yeah well there are many warning signs for us more informed about these things. I can't really agree with that it looks "almost exactly like the real thing" like they say in the video.

The fact that it's a clone would be a problem in itself, at least in Sweden that alone would make it illegal to sell, for not mentioning the copyright infringement and the questionable hacks.

But even in Japan, which has an image of being intolerant to piracy, I've seen cheaply made gaming systems with tons of copyrighted material. For example low quality games that uses graphic data ripped directly from the RPG Maker series.

When they mentioned 'Mario 2' with 'racist characters,' I was half expecting it to just be Doki Doki Panic. :bomb: :cherry: :pow:

P

Haha yeah me to, I wondered if they just didn't played Doki Doki and pulled up the Big Face mask.

I'm surprised they knew it was a clone.
Thank you for this glorious video.
Can't find the FDSLoadr PC program? Get it here. It took me way too long to find.
