I know theres a ton more, please contribute!!

Legend of Zelda
Zelda II: Adventure of Link
Sweet Home
and possibly the Japan-only cartridge re-release of Akumajou Dracula, anyone have further info?

Doesn't the Bubble Bobble cart use a battery?

Maniac Mansion if I'm not mistaken.

MaxXimus

I just checked my Bubble Bobble and no it doesn't even save. dd. It looks like their may be a battery in there though.

NationalGameDepot

My NES game list has all the known NES battery games, as well as all 4 player games and pretty much anything you ever wanted to know about NES.  On my site below

useful! Thanks.

But what about Famicom only games that use the battery save? Can anyone think of any becides Mother?

NationalGameDepot, your game list seems to list The Legend of Zelda (gray) as not having a battery backup, is that true?
and anyone have info about the cartridge re-release of Akumajou Dracula? The disk version had saving, and I don't know whether the cartridge version kept this by means of a backup battery or eliminated it like in the American version.

Radia Senki .Its an awesome game, if you haven't heard of it give it a shot.
Ganbare Goemon Gaiden: Kieta Ogon Kiseru!
Ganbare Goemon Gaiden 2: Tenka no Zaihou
Ma-Da-Ra
Just Breed
YsIII
Honoo no Doukyuuji - Dodge Danpei (possibly)
Lagrange Point

NationalGameDepot

It should just list LoZ as being battery back up.  I didn't specify whether it was gray or gold, they all have it. (unless I screwed something, which is very possible).

It says:
The Legend of Zelda (gray) - Nintendo - 1 - 8.00 - NES-ZL-USA-1 - [no comment]
The Legend of Zelda (gold) - Nintendo - 1 - 6.00 - none - Battery

NationalGameDepot

opps  :P just an oversight.  All Zelda's are battery save.  Had to not make some mistakes in such a large document ;)
