Hello,

I havent been to this site in a while and im glad to see it going strong and looking great.Anyhow, i used to collect nes games and had a rather large collection i ended up selling off when i need some money but recently ive decided i want to get back into gaming and maybe collecting.Well i think id like to get into Famicom games but im not real sure how to go about it.Should i just buy stuff off of ebay or is there a better route to go?What are some fun games that show off what the famicom is all about? Not really looking for games that went to the nes unless they have significant differences...Ive played those games before. On the nes. Also i still have my famiclone but id like to get a real fami...any recommendation for where to find one?Is ebay the best shot?Im just looking for some fun old school gamming and some suggestions basically.Thanks.

I am a big retro collector who just decided to get into Famicom, I just got a disk system in the mail and a famicom is on the way... now what? what are some good games, like true gems, especially those a canadian kid wouldn't have played in the late 80's?

sorry to cut you off, but I see a Famicom Disk System box there as well as the paperwork. Do you have a scanner? I'm looking for high resolution scans of the FDS. If you have the manual scan that would be the best of all.

Cut up the thread a little, so zer0cool's comment might be a little out of context. You can find the scan talk in the High Res thread.
