Could someone please let me know which events are in the FDS version of Winter Games?

My friend had both Summer and Winter games on the C64 and they were some of my favorite games as a kid.  I heard not all versions of the game have the same events, so I am getting worried the FDS might be lacking.

Thanks in advance.

PS - Anyone out there love these button mashing games as much as me?  Beijing 2008 is on my list of soon to purchase games.

Me & my friends liked to destroy Atari joysticks and our palms playing the Atari 800 version of Decathlon. We used to put the joysticks between our knees and rock the stick back and forth with our palms to get ULTRA SPEED, and then the joysticks would crap out and our palms would get blisters XD. Also we enjoyed Track & Field on the Famicom/NES; but the NES controller isn't that great for that kind of games.

I've always wanted to mod an exercise bike (or a regular bike with its rear wheel raised) to play Track & Field-like games; kind of like connecting the bike frame to the system ground and touching the left/right wires to the rotating wheel spokes, to simulate the left right left right button mash with the wheel rotation, pedal faster and your athlete will go faster. But I never got my lazy ass moving to do such a project. Maybe one day ;D

That's freaking awesome, it even has a software controlled electric motor to provide resistance while pedaling! :o
Also I'd love to know how many Watts I can put out biking ;D

That's an interesting one.  :)
Wouldn't that make an interesting accessory for Wii Fit 2? ;)

Glad to see I am not the only one who likes the Olympic style games.

They are the most authentic sports games due to the fact you actually feel athletically challenged playing them.  Maybe I'll try to set a party up at my house closer to Olympic time between my various games, I'll even hand out some medals.

You may have to build some controllers that could take that kind of abuse!
Like four wooden boxes with three heavy duty pushbuttons each for a 4-player Track & Field party!
