Help with Regedit?

Apologize in advance for the shitty pictures.  Still looking for a screenshot program that can capture just a portion of my screen.

This has seriously been pissing me off for awhile now.  I'm trying to get a program to run, and every time I click on it, it waits for a few seconds, and then comes up with this:


I've never used regedit before, but I'm trying to start now. >_>  I need to know how to move this key (Modio):


into this folder/key/whatever it's called in there. (Classes):


How do I do this?
