I have to train my pokemon for the elite 4 and mt silver. Are there any good spots to train level 50-70 pokemon to get a lot of experience? Yes, I have exp share.

All I can say is get a Pokemon that is strong enough for Mt. Silver, and train a bunch there.  I can't really give a whole lot of help on leveling, since I EV train all my Pokemon.

Where you specifically train a Pokemon in two stats.  Concentrating their 500 EVs (things that determine how many points they get in a certain stat after each level they gain) into two stats, which means 255 each.  Since that's obviously impossible though, since you can only completely max out one stat, you always have to waste a little.

Need to do some grinding eh? I recommend doing what I did when I played through the Japanese HeartGold last fall: Challenge the E4 over and over. Deposit all your money with the bank of mom or spend it all. Don't use items on your injured Pokémon. Fight until all your Pokémon are defeated and you white out.

You will easily plow through the early leaders but probably be stopped around Karin or Lance. Even if you loose you keep all the levels your Pokemon gained making them all the stronger to take down the E4.

Since they can be challenged over and over and over, they are an excellent source of EXP.
