Qix for the Famicom

I know there was a Qix release for the NES, and I vaguely remember it being on the FC as well

Can anybody confirm a Qix cart or disk for the Famicom or FDS? If so, does anybody want to sell their copy of it?

if not, i may have to knock out a repli-cart of it for my library.

Any suggestions on what would make a good donor board for it? I think it's Mapper-0 or MMC1, right?

I don't think it was officially released on the Famicom. I remember only a Gameboy version.
