can you use a N64 gameshark to play jap n64 kinda like you can with a megadrive game and game genie on the genesis?

I played a little bit of Wonderproject J2 on it... :D until I figured out I couldn't understand it. :(

Hope you guys were being sarcastic.  It's pretty easy to guess linkzpikachu's favorite N64 game through his name and his picture.  Majora's Mask.  Not sure why you'd want that though since it's pretty text-heavy.
