I am looking to buy a copy of Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing, I know how bad it is etc but want a copy for the laugh.

If I recall, Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing sold about 22,000 copies making it very rare not to mention that there are other people who are seeking it for the same hilarious factor. I can provide a free copy (not here) if you are interested.

You want a real copy of this crappy game? I have never played it but reading from Wikipedia 

and has been frequently listed among the worst video games of all-time.

but yeah it has collectors value
