I am looking for the following,

FDS Ram Adaptor
Famicom To NES Adaptor - Must have casing like a honeybee for example, I already have an official one without the casing.
Super Mario World - Snes port on pirate fami cart I think there are two versions of this? also no idea what it goes for?
Multi Game Hunter SNES/Super Famicom Adaptor - long shot, think I am going to have to make one.

Not much trade wise I can put pretty much any game you want on a pirate famicom disk though, also got some PAL NES games.

Do you want the adapter to use FC games on a NES, or the one to use NES games on a Famicom?

What unusual FDS releases do you have; any GD or ported releases?  :bomb:

I need the adaptor to play famicom games on a nes. The only unusual fds disks I have are pirate ones like fly mario (hack of smb1) and kung fu which is a port of the irem version aka spartan x. I dont have any GD stuff unfortunately.

I'm trying to get all of the 'pulseline', 'silver-box' and 'black-box' release games in FDS format, which I will eventually achieve. It's for the sake of completeness of a sort; to have 'the entire set' in all three formats.

I would be interested in duplicates of those two, especially the 'Spartan X / Kung-fu' disk...

For the record, you won't be able to fit the RAM-Adapter inside your NES even with the converter, unless you have something to extend the NES game slot outside the console. It may be possible with the USA Game Genie and an adapter, but it's a huge pain.

You can also remove the top shell on the NES for more space.

You will also need to modify the adapter and your NES to be able to hear the extra sound on FDS games that use this feature, such as 'Zelda no Densetsu'. Without this modification, many of the in game sounds will be completely absent.

You may already know all of this, but I figured I should inform you in case you do not. :bomb:

I am using a NTSC Toploading NES with RGB mod, I do already have 2 ram adaptors but I have 3 disk systems.  ;D

Are pulseline, silver-box etc just the type of pirate disks? or are they different formats? Spartan X / Kung Fu is in standard format and doesn't require a GD or any extra hardware.

Those are the three 'first series' of games for the Famicom & NES. The first FC games were the 'pulseline' type, then the 'silver box' releases; and the first set of NES releases are 'black box' games, so named for the packaging style. Some of these, such as 'Donkey Kong' were released on the FDS, but others were not.

I am supposed to get 'Donkey Kong 3' from another FW member, however I still need all the rest of the following in FDS format:

The already mentioned 'Donkey Kong 3'
Popeye
Mario Bros. (not Kaettekita version)
Excitebike (not Vs. version)
Mach Rider
Kung-Fu / Spartan-X
Donkey Kong Jr. Math
Clu Clu Land (not New/Vs. version)
Gryomite (Robot Gyro)
Duck Hunt
Hogan's Alley
Wild Gunman
Gumshoe
Ice Climber (not Vs. version)
Wrecking Crew
Slalom
Balloon Fight
Urban Champion
Stack-up (Robot Block)
and, inn theory, 10-Yard Fight, although this was a third-party programmed game.

Most of these should exist on pirate format FDS disks, as they are all NROM games and thus were easy to convert. Someday I will master the conversion process and thus not need to worry about finding them already ported, but until then, I need to source the HK black market ports of them.

I may have some of them on disks that I have not yet dumped, but I'd rather err on the side of caution and I'll buy or trade-for copes wherever I can source them.

P.M. me if you are interested in trading or selling copies of the 'Kung-fu' port, or the hacked SMB.  :bomb:

Ah I see what you mean now, I am not really familiar with FC games not official ones anyway but I should of got it from black box. PM coming your way.

I erred on 'Wrecking Crew'... I do have it, and it was an official release. Mine has 'Goonies' on the other side, and I completely forgot that I had it in my disk files. Amazing, right?  :bomb:.

SMW pirate theres the Single cart demo version (cost about $50-80, I paid $65 for mine) and the complete version on a multicart (costs your childrens blood). FYI the game is pretty much unplayable without that game genie code..

Trenton_net

Game genie code? Sounds interesting. What does it do, and why do you need it? (I never played the game).

Since my Disk system broke, I maaay be able to sell you the RAM adapter. How much would you pay?
