Famicom->NES pin convertor

Hi!

I want to play US games on my Famicom. So I'd like a convertor which doesn't flip the game facing away from my system. Does such a convertor exist?

Where can I buy a cart convertor which you don't need to turn the games so they are facing away from you on?
Do they even exist?

Was intending to use it on Sharp Twin Fami or AV Famicom. :S
