Sync problem with Rockman 4 intro

Hello!

I just got a Rockman4 cart and tried it... at first it would not boot (blue screen) but after some cleaning with alcohol the game started working 
All is good except this part in the intro:

there is some syncing problems  that I have no idea why they happen... I am using a 37" LG lcd tv that is ntsc compatible and never saw this problem with other ntsc machines... (though I am using rgb for anything else, famicom is composite).
Any ideas what might causing this? is the cart dying?

Yes, only this part... I have finished Hoshi No Kirby, I have played SMB and now play Akumajo Densetsu, I have not seen this problem again.
I also tried all rockman4 stages for 2-3mins each, no probs either...

Sounds more like a problem with your TV, I highly doubt it's the cart. Do you have another TV to try it on?

yeah I'll take the machine tomorrow at my office and try it on my tv-monitor there... will report back

I have seen similar problems on a couple of famiclones, on a famicom might be a bad choice of AV mod components...
For example I have problems with Arctic adventure with "scrolling" of the image on my famicom because of my AV mod (have different capacitor on the video output than recommended by 80sFreak).

turns out it's the tv.... must have found a composite bug or something because it's a great gaming 37" set...
I never suspected the av mod tbh, it was made by 80sFreak himself
