Painted famicoms

I've been lookin for custom painted famicoms online, but it just doesnt seem like anybodys doin it :v

I've only seen these two painted Sharp Twins



one search result was a link to=http://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=5878.0 this thread, but all the images have been removed :^(

i've been thinkin about it all day :v If i could get a broken famicom to use as a replacement shell I'd love to try swapping the reds for blue or green.

I have a plastic shell of a Famicom available if you'd like. It has some minor damage in the back where the RF output is though...

what kinda damage?

Basically, I had made a cut in a rectangular shape where the RF hole was. This cut is jagged and crappy looking, but can be smoothed out if you work it at. The case is slightly yellowed and has the stickers taken off, but I still have the stickers on a piece of wax paper. I have the eject lever and buttons, but no cartridge dust flap.

That orange looks damn nice on that console I would love a standard famicom in that color.

I have a couple (two) broken Famiclones, which mimic the original design of red / white Famicom.  If anyone wants them for art projects, maybe we could work something out, as the only reason I am keeping them around is to use the insides for solder practice.
