Famicom handyman in Australia

Hi. Anybody on here a famicom handyman that lives in Australia? Reason I ask is I will soon have 2 famicoms and would like to ask for as much help as I can. The one I already have has no 5v power to the board and the second is purchased untested so I don't know how that one will function once it arrives. I am terrible with soldering and I don;t have all the tools to help diagnose/fix problems. I have done a bit of reading regarding av modding, replacing the power regulator but I am still a little bit lost. I guess I need help/advice please.
