I want to buy a boxed Famicom Gun.  Not the big Wild Gunman set, but just the regular Gun packaged by itself.

Other accessories I would be willing to purchase together with a boxed gun:

Holster (Boxed)
Disk System (with 4 sided box)
Family Basic Keyboard (White & Clean with or w/o box)
Famicom 3D System (Boxed & No Major wear to the Glasses)
HUDSON Joy Card (any version, loose but good condition)
TAITO Arkanoid Controllers (1P, 2P or both, loose but good condition)
KONAMI Hyper Sports Controllers (loose but good condition or boxed)

For me to pay extra for any of the boxed items, they have to be in really good shape for display.  Otherwise I just prefer to buy loose.

I have a lot of the stuff. Probably too expensive for you so I'll just show the pics.  ;D

First edition FDS, with Zelda 1 flyer.

Second edition FDS, with Zelda 2 flyer.

Really?? Tax if you ship within the EU?! :upsetroll: Buying and selling within the EU is taxfree...

Not quite true.  You'll pay tax on anything you buy from some countries, it's usually just included in the price.  In England we call it VAT - what you're talking about are import duties - that's an additional amount.  You don't have to pay that from within the EEC, so either Fred meant to say 'if outside the EU' or he didn't want to charge US customers, or he's talking about something different.

I think I agree with LET.

It is complicated to explain VAT so I'm not going to do that, but check out a store in the NL.

price is "incl. 21% BTW". This is called sales tax or VAT. In Sweden this is 25% because we love taxes.

Sales tax is included in the price when you buy stuff as a consumer. Outside the EU, we don't apply this. So I don't charge customers outside the EU sales tax. Instead they might have customs fee etc.

I know VAT and BTW. offcourse. But it is an used product, so VAT is no longer calculated. because of its age.. And besides, you ship within the EU, so the calculated VAT is for your country, not mine.. If you calculate VAT to me, if i buy this item, the product is calculated two times VAT. WHen payed in the store, and now..  :-\

The item was imported FROM JAPAN , so I am the first time EU seller with VAT.

This is actually a good thing for business because they can deduct the full VAT if they have a VAT number.

Of course the calculated VAT is for my country, that is why I said it was 25%.
No, you don't pay VAT in your country for the item if you buy it from me. The price would be 100$ + VAT = 125$ + shipping. This price is for anyone in the EU.

Do we have to continue this discussion here? If you don't believe me that is up to you. If you think somehow VAT doesn't apply to old stuff that is up to you aswell. http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/taxation/vat/how_vat_works/2nd_hand_goods/index_en.htm I have read enough to know that cheating with VAT is a serious offense.

Whoaa i did not mean to insult you in any way. but this is what i thought. even if it was imported from japan, you had to pay the first VAT. not the next seller in the EU. Anyway, no need to discuss any further. This is what i know, and believe and that is what you know and believe. I would never agree with the VAT. but that is just me then. Again, it was not my intention to insult..
