twin famicom extra power board

In a recent twin famicom I found this. First time I've seen it.

name: f5112CE
another name is DUNTK5112DE

has the two anti-piracy chips (I think) d4001bc and d4013bc.
some power boards have these chips on them, but this could be some middle version with an external little board.
