Well, the only two copies coming up on a completed listings search were a Buy-it-Now that went for about $150 shipped:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gimmick-for-the-Nintendo-Famicom-by-Sunsoft-Family-Computer-Mr-Gimmick-NES-/251364990116?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item3a86855ca4

And an auction that sold for almost $350 shipped:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gimmick-No-box-Instruction-Famicom-NES-JP-GAME-/331061626610?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d14cf86f2

But I'm guessing (and hoping!) that's not the going rate just yet. There's three or four decent-looking copies on the 'Bay in the $300-400 range at the moment, and they don't necessarily look like they're going anywhere fast. I'm still hoping to score one for $200 or less... someday...

3-4 years ago , they were 150$ CIB BIN on ebay. You should buy games when they are cheap, not when they are expensive. Maybe buy hebereke now that it is still at 150$, or whine about it in four years. Famicom Hebereke and Gimmick are equally rare, as is Gremlins 2 by the way but you can get the NES version of that...
By rarity I mean released copies, not how many are for sale on ebay...

Unfortunately, I wasn't yet into Famicom stuff 3-4 years ago. I did however get my NES collection mostly finished in that time range. I managed to get a lot of rares for $20 apiece only a year before the latest price spike send them pushing toward $100 per. The Famicom side of things hasn't inflated that badly... at least, not yet.

And I'm not really seeking Hebereke, since I have the PAL NES version of U-Four-Ia.

Gimmick and Recca are the only games left on my FC watch list that I figure to spend more than $50 apiece on, and I have a pirate of the former and a repro of the latter to tie me over until I do break down and buy them.

Bubble Bobble 2:
The strange shaped cart? I sold one for around 100$.
You could get it cheaper a couple of years ago, but this is a very rare game and 100$ is around the price in Japan (with the disclaimer that I may be thinking in "old yen" value and not the "new yen" lower value)
Also the NES version is rare which drives up prices.

Metroid:
I would say at least 50$ if there is such a think as a cardboard insert. Is there? I don't think I've ever seen it, it must be rare. Or do you mean manual?
CIB box + manual + game 40$ is appropriate. Maybe less -- the value of the yen has gone down and so have ebay prices.

Well I think 15$ is a reasonable price for 1 & 2.
Ryukenden 3 is maybe 20$-25$, since it is different than the US version.
(these prices may not reflect current ebay prices, just my experience from what people are willing to pay)

For a complete set 1-6 loose average condition probably somewhere between $100 - $120 not sure how much rockboard is worth these days though.

I think you'd be lucky to find a complete set for that because Rockman 1, 2 and 6 go for a lot loose these days.
I think you're looking at closer to 50 just for Rockman 1 to be honest, but maybe you can find a deal from sellers here.

Gamegears are a strange thing if it is from release without redone capacitors probably $20 - $30.
but if it has had its caps replaced u can ask $40 up depending out condition of the rest of the unit.

Games are subject to rareness as always from $1 or under to big $$$$

Can I ask what makes you say these are the rarest of the rare multicarts?  Even in NES terms this isn't the case.  I'm not saying they're not special, but these are basic low count NES multicarts, loose not boxed and not with a visible Supervision logo (unless it's on the back), so they are no rarer than any other NES multicart I'm afraid.  This isn't eBay, where you can slap the word rare on to anything and hope for extra views.  They might be hard to obtain in Canada, but in internet terms they are no rarer than another NES multicart I'm afraid.  I'm not the expert on NES multicarts granted, but I would hazard that the Caltron 6-in-1 is rarer, as is the Action 52.
