WTB: Working FDS drive unit only

Hello,

Does anyone have a working drive that they can part with?  I don't mind which controller model, it just needs to be in good working order   I'd prefer just the drive to keep postage costs down.

I think you may find the biggest shipping issue is with the FDS drive itself. It's pretty big you know. Me and another guy in Canada have at least one working FDS drive, but postage may be expensive to the UK.

Just the drive (to be clear, the mechanism itself, not the whole FDS unit) isn't THAT big.  Someone pointed me to gamedoctorhk, I might see how much their shipping is.

Yeah, Gamedoctorhk is one of few places selling just the disk drive itself.
