Hey

I just bought an AN-500B and the sound doesn't work properly on my CRT TV. The sound is perfect on my HDTV's though.
It's interesting, you'd think it'd be the other way round. MY CRT is an LG Lafinion 82w from 2002.

a few things to check:
a) are you using the same AV cable for both screens?
b) is the connector on the CRT corroded in any way?
c) are you able to replicate this effect with other consoles?

a) Yes, I am. I actually went out and bought a new RCA cable.
b) Not that I can see but it has 4 av ports, so I changed it around and had the same problem in all 4 ports.
c) All my other consoles work fine, I haven't had an issue until now.

Weird, My AN-505 developed a slight audio issue but it seems fairly consistent across my displays (maybe need to replace some caps). Without having a look I don't think I could really determine the cause of your issues. Are you around Sydney by any chance?
