What/Why are the bad frame rate (based off Sailor Moon Crystal's frame rate) in Ranma 1/2 Chonai Gekitouhen for SNES? Thanks!.

Are you asking why the game is slow?  If so, that's just the SNES struggling to keep up.

Yes, the frame is problems on snes9x, but my calling is unknown ,  why are frame is baffled and grid it?

Looks like an emulation issue - especially if you're playing on a mobile device in portrait mode.
