Chrono Cross, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Grandia, Final Fantasy VIII ... you see I'm a bit RPG heavy here.
Other good ones would be Tekken 3, Gran Turismo 2, Parappa the Rapper, Crash Bandicoot 3.
Lots and lots of good games around.

Well, the goemon games on PSX aren't as good as n64 but check out the ones for PSX because they are still good.

Ignore the spinoff "new age" goemon game though
