I put it on the label, because I'm going to be covering that part later anyway.  I'll edit this post with the results..whenever something happens.  How much should I put on?  I just put a small glob on a napkin and rubbed it on the label.

You have to saturate it pretty well for it to work.

I've had success before using WD-40 and also cooking oil (like corn, canola, olive, etc.) to soften it.

Just in case anyone was only paying attention to this thread, and not the Unlicensed NES games thread,

Gold/silver Camerica cart + Goo Gone = No.

Jedi Master Baiter

It's been a while but I finally got around to doing it:

It came out great - it really adds a nice touch to an otherwise plain pirate cart.

Thanks, Agent X! (If you're still around)

I did not seal them, they came as they are now.

Very nice, I also have yoshi no cookie in the box with a manual. Maybe I'll make some scans and upload them sometime.

Why not take them out then?  Unless you don't have anything to play them on, there's no reason to just let them sit there in a seal that some dude in Japan put on by hand.

^ Yeah, I could, but, I don't want them to get damaged or anything.

I haven't used any of these till now because I don't have a Famicom atm. :-\

That pac-man cart image is rather humorous.

Somehow he went all Pinocchio....told too many lies to Ms. Pac-man, probably why she is a Ms.

Hello
can somebody please post some scans from the original Famicom box? Possibly from all sides, I am trying to recreate the original one because I don't have money to buy a boxed famicom...  :-[
I mean THIS box - not the square-buttons one:

thebluedino

Hey I was curious if anyone would be able to scan the front covers of Splatterhouse and/or Dracula Kun for the famicom? I just bought some universal game cases and these are the last two games that I'm lacking decent quality art for.
I'd even pay $5 a piece for scans at 200dpi or higher
(this is my first post, hope slight bribes in non wtb threads aren't breaking any forum rules... just figured this would be a more accurate place to request rather than start a wtb thread)
shoot me a pm or email if you can help

gorgyrip

Can someone upload some 300dpi label scans (boxes would be nice too) for the games: Bio Senshi Dan, YS 1,2,3.

BWheble

This is not really a game identification request but does anyone have cover photos/scans of the famicom unlicensed porn games.  I'm trying to put together a collection of covers.  You can pm if you like or post for me.

Hello there, I am looking for a hi-res scan of the original Japanese Gimmick! label, only the front of the cartridge, not the box. May be digitally cleaned or whatever, just has to be better than the one on bootgod's database. Thanks!
