I'm not familiar with Pharaoh, nor Cleopatra. Are these Sim City-like games with an Egyptian theme?

you should check Pharaoh,  that's best city building game for PC, you start with small village and in later missions build big cities, food production, industry, religion, entertainment, goverment, health, monuments, army, trade with friendly cities, defend friendly cities...
