Japanese post is expensive so if this auction ends at 25$, I stand only to gain about 4 dollars. Whoopee.
(Also I'm stupid, I set it to free shipping because I couldn't be asked to check shipping beforehand. So maybe I deserve it...)

You cannot set shipping beforehand? If possible sell from Japanese created account (ebay.co.jp) and you can put shipping cost as normal. Maybe too late if you don't want to putting down this auction but a future tip. Normally when selling on Ebay international people register on Ebay.com and therefore get American accounts.
