Super Famicom to SNES converter?

I've heard of these and have seen them, though paired with a game and overpriced.

Anyone know where I can find one?  I don't want to mod my SNES.

I know you don't want to mod your SNES, but why not? All it involves is just cutting the two tabs inside the cartridge port. Once it's done, it's hardly noticeable unless you open up the cart port.
