The last few times I logged in I got a blank screen. I have to refresh and go to a different page to see myself logged in. Meanwhile I get this message:
QuoteSession verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

It's also weird going to the login page after refreshing to see myself logged in while trying to log in. ::)

Is this happening to anybody else?

Edit: The same thing happens when I try to log out.

I've logged in and out myself just to test, and I've never had that happening to me. Odd...

All I can think of at the moment is that maybe you're going between the http and https versions of the site.  You could be logged into one and not the other.

I had that exact same issue some time back and what Joe notes was true in my case - I had the old site saved as a bookmark / favourite and my browser was snapping to that automatically.

I have been trying to update my sale page but it always times out.  Not really sure what to do here.

If I may so kindly ask, would it be possible for someone to look into (and hopefully address) this problem?

For the past several days, I've been trying to post things onto my sale page, but I cannot do so, it keeps saying I am logged out and that I need to log in.

Tried clearing my cookies, deleting my history, restarting my computer, etc.

About to call it quits on this site, I guess.  If I can only reply to this thread and a few select others, and can't even modify my own threads or start new threads, what is the point of being here?

I've cleared my cookies and everything else again, installed a new virus scanner and scanned for viruses (turned up nothing), switched web browsers, restarted my computer, logged in and out, and still... no dice.  Cannot create a new thread or modify my old thread without it timing out and throwing me into the unending loop.

I'm sorry if I am coming off as a bit rude here, but it would be nice to hear at least *something* from someone regarding this.

I'm the only one who can look into it and I've been slammed with work for weeks.

All I can suggest is to make sure you always use https in the URL and make sure it stays that way, since sometimes it switches on you between pages (forum bug) and treats you as not being logged in.

When I had issues it was simply because I had bookmarks saved and the browser was loading a regular http address - I'd hope it's just that (and an easy one to miss).

thanks for the messages guys, and no hurry UglyJoe.

I do think there is another issue at hand, as I'm not using bookmarks

Bookmarks or not, are you using HTTPS instead of HTTP in the URL field?

Yes

Okay, some more things to add, which perhaps might be of use to UglyJoe whenever he can get time to look at the situation (no hurries on my part):

It is definitely an issue with Famicom World, as I had ran into the same issue while using the computer at work today.  I had specifically checked so that I could determine if it was on my computer's side or not.

Just now I edited one of my threads, and removed all links (which linked to pictures from the following site, https://obrazki.elektroda.pl), and was then able to modify the thread, no problems at all...

So I will later check and see if it is a situation about posting pictures that is causing the problem, a situation about that particular link, or what.

Interesting - someone else has said that site is a problem for them on this board.  Perhaps it is just that.

Interesting.  Probably not a coincidence.
