so I need 1 replacement box, two sleeves, and properly sized images so I can replace the shitty photocopied game cards with better quality card stock

anybody know where I can get these?

Are you talking about FDS games? Your best bet is to suck up common/low demand titles from J4U for donors.

This seller price drops incrementally every day so just keep an eye on things. I picked up 10-12 complete games for donors for $2.50/game a few months back for this reason. Lots of sports games but they do the trick.

As far as inserts, look up c00per's posts here. He has a bunch he made himself. Also here:

If you want a source for uncirculated disk cases, and you can find someone willing to import from Japan for you, there's always Tea4Two. They sell cases for FDS games.

Wow, just reading over this thread and thanks guys for the advice!  Was also looking at ways of getting cases/printable cards too.  Definitely gonna go down the routes mentioned!

I am working on my website store for items just like this. I can reproduce any card you need as well as FDS disk labels for any game. They look fairly decent and I use them on my own collection (I am picky). I am also working on reproduction tyvek sleeves. I am working out the printing (really expensive) but the sleeves will more than likely be blank.

I do all of this in my small shop on demand. I will make a proper post here eventually.

Here is a card I made for myself on card stock. Machine score lines and cut. Also my repro labels for Doki Doki Panic and a test sleeve in paper that is machine cut.

Woah!  Nice!  Definitely let me know when you get this store off the ground.  I'll put in a couple of orders myself for sure and spread the word!  You should also join the Famicom Disk System group Cooper started:

I'd definitely order a few sleeves and inserts for myself, as soon as they're available. Do you plan to do regular Fami cartridge labels too? I'd think there's an untapped market there, I know I'm certainly part of it.

I would need a decent source label to reproduce, but, yes, I can certainly reproduce them. I have about 100 carts so I can offer what I have to scan.

The site went live the other day. I'll probably make formal a post here at some point
