Help with a GameCube

Hi guys, i need some help booting up a GameCube with the "Analog AV" cables on a CRT TV, when you turn the power on, some little White lines go across the screen, but that's it. [Yes i have tried the RGB cables on an LCD but that didn't work either] If anyone could give some help that would be great.
