Famicom cartridge with metal shielding

Does the port cartridge with metal shielding of the GPM-02 revision bring an improvement compared to the lower versions without metal shielding?
Reduction of internal interference?
With the addition of NESRGB is it more interesting on a GPM-02 than on other versions?
I asked myself this question and I couldn't find the answer anywhere.
