Sega Saturn to Mega Drive Controller Adaptor

I got this on Aliexpress for like $40.33

It came, But Start & C doesn't work, There's no Screws to take it off to look at the PCB

I think the Guy who built it, Did a Good Job, But No Strain Harness on the 9 Pin end, But there's one on the Saturn end

I just don't want to break it open, I can take more pics in the daytime

That's too bad, do you have a multimeter so you can check if all pins are connected properly?

I've been thinking of getting something like this or perhaps build it myself using extension cables. It can be used to use a Saturn Shuttle Mouse on a Mega Drive for example (it works the same as the MD Sega Mouse except that it has the START button and no trackball feature) and gives access to all great Saturn accessories for MD or SMS homebrew use.
