NES Official sticker book

This summer I found this brand new official NES sticker book at a flee market. On the cover it has a picture of ROB the robot and the different NES series (action, adventure, sports, etc) Anyways, I looked inside the book thinking maybe there would be stickers included, but sadly there were none. But instead the sheets in the book are giant screeshots taken directly from various popular NES games from back in the days like Super Mario Bros. and Mike Tyson's Punchout. Does anyone own one of these books? Are they rare or are they pretty common to find? I was thinking of maybe selling it to get the extra cash.

They don't show up all the time or anything but you can find one if you look for a month or 2.  They aren't worth very much though.
