Rockman 6 - can't believe how easy it is compared to the others.  On the plus side, it might be the nicest looking.

Odd, I find them all to be equal in terms of their easiness... Rockman is just an easy series in general.
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

Akumajou Densetsu. The soundtrack is sooooo much better than the US CastleVania III.

As to whether I like the first or third CV game better, that's really a toss-up. The first one is much more original, but the third one added so much to the formula.

Indeed it is. :)

4 in 1 with Recca and Silk Worm. A great multicart! (Thanks a lot Let!)

Spent an hour or so in the cold basement to play some Famicom!

Played a game of I Love Softball and...found out that it has a "mercy rule" that ends the game if you're losing 10 - 0 :-[

Played Konami Wai Wai World for a bit.  Got up to Dracula in the Castlevania stage but couldn't take him down.

Played Erika to Satoru no Yume Bouken, to the best of my abilities, since I can't read Japanese.  Great music (Namco 163 chip!) and great graphics, though.

Dusted off the ol' Famicom for the first time in almost a month, as I had a friend over and I wanted to show him Rocman X and the Dr. Mario 2 pirate hack sequel that I bought from fcgamer. We both had a pretty good time with both games.

Last night right before bed I popped in a copy of Parodius just to test it out (make sure it works) and I told myself I would only play it until I died (needed to sleep).  Of course then I did better at the game than I ever have before and it totally woke me up.  Couldn't sleep for a while after that.

Note to self: Only test boring games or text-heavy RPGs before bed.

Played a little 2P Crisis Force with my brother. It's such a great game, and it's totally inexcusable that I hadn't played it for so long.

Mr. Splash! Really fun...luckily my brother liked the game when I showed it to him. I'm thinking of making a gold cart repro as a trophy and having a showdown once we've practiced on it enough.

Asder 20-in-1 multicart. Thanks, MWK.

More of my new Asder 20-in-1. It's taken me hours just to try everything on here. I just played Dream Fighter and Skate Boy for the first time. I used to think I'd have to track down one of those Gluk carts from Spain to try this game.
