Super Mogura Tataki on the Family Trainer  :)

manuel

Mogura Tataki tyotally rules.
I played that in a kids' arcade 3 years ago and beat the record there with my 1st try.  :D

I got it online a few weeks ago from toysonlinehk and finally hooked it up to my Family Trainer to see what it was like. It was surprising how much fun it was--kind of like a 'whack a mole' with your feet!  ;D
Of course, it's always more fun with a few beers beforehand  ;)

Har the cat

Since I am still new in the Famicom world, can you guys tell me a bit about Mario 6 and 8? I assuming these games are on pirate carts? And from another post I hear that Mario 8 is the most sought after?

Fill me in!

I'm a Famicom n00b, and this is actually my first post on this board, but I just got Namco Star Wars the other day. What a strange game.

thegreatgonzo

Can you tell me why the Namco Star Wars is strange? I'm all ears. Or eyes, anyways... 8)

Well it's a pretty good action platformer, it has levels that plays like Castlevania, Kid Icarus, and so on. What makes it strange is the story line. I can't read Japanese, so I have no idea what any of the text says, but each boss starts out as Darth Vader and then turns into some animal/alien. Luke has to rescue Chewbacca from some unknown planet, there are Stormtroopers on a Jawa transport, it's like the developers never actually watched "A New Hope".
