how much would you sell it with a broken antenna? and does it get lots of channels in your place?

For how long can you use that tuner?
Won't the states switch to digital TV in a few years, too?

Yeah but lots of parts of the world will retain dual broadcasting for a long time (digital and analog at the same time).
