Okay, the forum should be back online and fully working now.

I had to reset the time zone offset after the update, just to let you know.

UglyJoe

Oops.  I guess the servers are in different time zones.  Good catch.

I just now changed the forum offset to adjust for the change, so you'll have to change back to your old setting :P

famiac

OMG the new site is up! But i have one question, you told us how to make the fdsloadr cable but i want to know how to rewrite games, HOW!?

JC

All in good time, famiac. Thanks for catching that the new site was up. UglyJoe and I were wondering how long it would take for someone to notice.

If anyone finds any bugs, let us know here and we'll get them fixed. UglyJoe worked hard to make sure everything's running smoothly and I think he's accomplished that.

The new site is looking great, guys.  The new design is an excellent refreshment from what we're so very used to.
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat

Whoa, I would have never noticed if Famiac didn't say anything. I'll be checking this out immediately, very cool.  :D

Nightstar699

Is there any reason doc left? He stopped playing famicom or sumthin? I like the site by the way! :)
So ends another chapter in the glorious legend of the Ninja... Until next time...

Doc decided to step down as co-webmaster as he has been largely inactive for so long.  He'll still be around, though, so there's no need for goodbye's.  He also asked for little to no fanfare regarding his decision, so please don't make a big deal out of it.

Lookin' great!

Small spelling error on your Handy Famieight page.

QuoteIt seems most, if not all, Famicom games work with the Handy FamiEight. The image quality is a bit blurry though. Also, the simple fact that the GBA screen is not as large as the original Famicom's (FC 256×240 vs. GBA 240×160) means that the image is squashed to fit. This makes reading test and viewing small sprites near impossible and can distort some sprites, which should be expected. It doesn't really effect gameplay, just something of which to be aware.

would you consider changing the white background?  It looks generic and hurts my square eyes :)

Nice refreshing change on the layout!
