I'm familiar with that game, I have a couple of these, 2 of them have that very label (though 1 is sunfaded).

Sonic (6) is a version of this game but with mario in it instead.

I haven't any idea, but the game is well done. I have played the rom of it, and its quite entertaining.
Its got a few differences then Sonic, its sorta like sonic + sonic 2 meets Super Mario Bros 3.

anyway various members expressed interest in the 95-in.1 carts and as I mentioned, I have a few of these - 1 already sold

-no titles screen but you can select the level you want to play. crazy game.
