If you're thinking about creating 'Classic Network Card' as the next thread, let me answer in advance:

A classic Ethernet card is a NE2000 compatible using I/O base address 300h and IRQ 10 (manual set, no Plug & Play baby!).

There you have all your 'classic' PC hardware ;D :P.

haha lol well thanks for the info. I did bought an ethernet pci card at newegg on sale for 4.99 with free shipping so it was good! I was wondering what type of ram my computer can use...I always get confused. I know the max ram is 256mb so I need another 128mb stick to max this classic machine!

I got the card today and it worked woot! Windows 98se had the drivers for this sound card. I really haven't seen any difference from my motherboard built in card but you never know. Hey 133mhz I tried to install the drivers you gave me the link to but I couldn't because those were only for windows 3.11 and 95 and DOS AWAAAAA so it wouldn't let me install!!! but I think I'm good with the drivers the windows 98se CD has. I tried Jill of the Jungle and it's so much fun! Commander Keen, Bio Menace, Duke Nukum, Aspetra, God of Thunder, Godman, and so much more!!! Thanks again!
