Yes, I'd assume so.  That is why FF 2 & 3 are on it.  The download link said 800+ NesterDC.

NesterDC works great, have been using it for many years. I have like one of the earliest versions on a disk.

Edit- NesterDC v3.0, made my disk apparently in 2002.

I used to have Nester DC and SNES9x for the DC as well and Nester was great but SNES9x sucked real bad.

It had a picture of a NES and four games Super Mario Bros, Zelda 1I forgot the last two.

yeah, four games.  The background when you're picking a game is an Excite Bike cartridge too.
