Somehow I missed that - it's one hell of a deal for sure.  Amazing.

I probably won't be selling any of them. If I do though I'll let you know.

I have been out of the collecting scene for a while, but I did happen to find Duck Tales 2 for $12 bucks. The store I was in normally overcharges for all their games (pokemon and mario are always very expensive), but it looks like this one flew under the radar. :D

Haha nice score on the ducktales 2.
I picked up 2 nos jp saturn controllers cib. $5 each.

So, I just had a fellow collector friend pay me a visit this afternoon. He surprised me with a free box for Bomberman II! It was trashed, but still, it was a free Bomberman II box!

You paid too much :-X

Haha I know! I was excited about trying it out and wow is it ever hard, and horrible.  :p

I'm definitely disappointed in the NES Simpsons platformers, but there are still others that are worse. It's kind of weird how the earliest of the three (Space Mutants) seems to have by far the best graphics of the trilogy. It's definitely sad that they had to use those same crappy controls over and over without improvements.

And I'm a bit surprised that nobody said anything about me getting a Bomberman II box for free. Sure, it's torn in a couple of places in the back, but it's still a hell of a nice gift. It's probably one of the nicest things someone's ever done for me in my gaming hobby. (And I think I've been treated very well within our community.)

That is pretty sweetm do you have the game to go along with it?

nerdynebraskan

Yeah. I've had the cart for several years. I do still need a manual, though.

Well, I'm talking about Bomberman 2 for the NES and not Super Bomberman 2 for the SNES. The 8-bit version is very expensive, but that search you've got is mostly bringing up the more common 16-bit versions.
