Not being able to sleep well annoys me.  I went to bed at 2:00 am, woke up at 4:45 am.  Decided to stay up, rather than risk heading back to sleep since I had to get up to get ready for work around 7:00 or so.  My work schedule it pretty typical throughout the week, but Thursday is the only day I need to go in a bit earlier, and I had to call in sick a few times due to oversleeping.  So now I get this paranoia every Wednesday night, and can never get a good night's sleep, worried I will be late for work.  So annoying.

Also, I get annoyed by people who bid up auctions just because they can't afford the items, and they don't want the other bidders to get a deal.  Such a selfish act.  Some dude on NA was bragging about this, and that crap really makes me angry.

System updates on modern consoles. Nothing more fun than waiting 10 minutes before getting to play Mario Kart 8.

My ex husbands attempts to destroy me and my relationship with my son. I don't see the point in hurting the child because of his selfishness

When people don't understand your hobby.  Yesterday I bought a cute Famicom clone (it was a gray one, two controllers, hook ups, etc) and the price was more than right so I grabbed it.  It was while game hunting, as I had a few hours in the city to kill while waiting for my girlfriend to arrive.  Well she ended up seeing the purchase, after opening my backpack, and she said something like "Now why would you buy this?  You already have a thousand of these back at home!  You don't need another.  What will you do when it is time to move to a different apartment / house?  Have you thought of that?  I won't help you to move that stuff..."

Now I really like the look of this clone, so if I can clean it up (let's say it is at 90% ready to be used) then I will make this my official gaming machine, other than my Twin Famicom (I always keep one clone and the Twin Famicom both hooked up, due to compatibility issues with some games), and that means that at some point I might get rid of another generic red / white clone I have.

But seriously though, I just sent out five Famiclone machines to two people here on FW, and then I get attacked for purchasing one machine?  What about the five I sent off for others to enjoy?  It is not like I am just hoarding all of these for myself.

Another thing that annoys me is buying a copy of a game and being unable to get it to run...grrr....

I finally got a copy of Sachen's Millionaire 2 (after several years of looking for this), but the damn cart won't run!  That is just cruel, and turned a good day into a bad one  :(

That's also a pet hate of mine, but I know it's not normally considered rude in Asia.  Do you see it a lot in Japan?

Nope.  You get the ramen slurping thing, but rarely the "cow chewing cud" bit.
