I'm so angry...anyone have ways to MORTAL KOMBAT those reasons?

Whoah. I just quoted myself in a very silly manner.

Dang.

Then tell them it's your hard-earned money.  You can spend it on whatever you want.  (But try and make it sound nice :P)

I dunno...I kinda feel like just pouring my money into Warhammer...

nintendodork

No.  Bad idea...

Famicom is much better than any online RPG, if you like RPGs...get a Famicom and Dragon Quest or Mother.  You won't be disappointed.

Just....not on Warhammer ;)

Get a Famicom, games, later on a disk system, AND BE HAPPY :P

If you can't get a Famicom, Download and Burn NesterDC to a Compact Disc and play it in your dreamcast.
It has a ton of ROMS already, incuding many famicom games.

It has an English translated Joy Mech Fight. :D

nintendodork

Wouldn't it need to be modded to play CD's?  Also Joy Mech Fight is pretty easy to understand with all the pictures in the storyline :P

Dreamcasts have no copy protection or whatever. Just pop in a CD-ROM with a burned game on it and woohoo!

Wow.  I'd get an SDC just for that :P

That is a good alternative though...much better than playing ROMs on the computer...

But not as good as a Famicom... I mean...

What other console lets you annoy your friends just by talking to the controller?!?!

Trium Shockwave

Emulators are OK, especially since none of us will ever own or even get a chance to play every game. There's something about actual hardware though. The *chunk* sound of the cart eject lever, the whir of the FDS springing to life, the pink screen that tells you it's time to go fetch the Q-Tips and alcohol again. That's good stuff.

Oh, no. Not Warhammer Online - the tabletop game. Where you paint the little guys? And it's really, really nerdy?

God, the kid who sits in front of me in science has so much warhammer junk. xD

He has spent like, over 700 dollars total. That's ridiculous for figurines. xD

But, currently, it looks like I can't get a Famicom, in any case. My dad has the credit card necessary for purchase, so...

AND NO. I AM NOT USING MY DAD'S CREDIT CARD WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION.  :P
