I have a suggestion...

You could get an NWC repro off of www.retrousb.com ,take out the board inside...and stick it in your custom case ;D
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat

But what fun would that be?

Exactly, but modifying one of theirs might be fun?

I'd rather keep it in it's case but try to reproduce the board so I can make a new repro from scratch (much more fun and rewarding that just swapping cases). I don't know if that repro's board use the same ICs as the real one or some substitutes; maybe the schematic is different. ¿Does anybody here have one of those repros, or at least an image of the board?.

BTW, I had an idea yesterday, that could be used to make a multicart much cooler than the one from this topic, but I need to find some pics microcontrollers before starting. I'll keep you informed  ;D

I plan on buying one of the repro's, also I know that the boards look completely different. The original has a really large board and the repro has a compact board like you would see in a regular game.

It took me a year to finally put a label on it, but damn it looks good now :D (the label seems a little dirty, but it's just a reflection)
