i few days ago me and my dad where at the swap-meet and we saw a TG-16 at a video game both and he wanted $40 for it..so my dad said hmmm thats a bit too much and i agreed but my dad is a great talker so he got the guy to drop the price to $25
so we bought it.......
but 2 years ago we found a TG-16 at a yard sale for $1.....
so we brought both of my TG-16s out and what do ya know they are different.... :o

ok so here is both of them.....$1 one to the left $25 one to the right

BUT WAIT WHATS UP WITH THE CONTROLLER PORTS

$1 one

$25 one

O_O
whats up with that?

again

$25 one

$1 one

and that's not all here's the controllers!

$1 one to the left $25 one to the right

heres the ports

$25 one to the left $1 one to the right

personally i like the core grafix better then both of them

well plz tell me whatsup?

BTW: look at the game that i got with the $25 one

man bonk is sooooo fun!  :D

UglyJoe

It looks like the $25 one has some kind of adapter stuck in its controller port.

Yeah, it looks like the metal pins of a controller, or something, are just stuck in the port.

FamicomFreak

Yeah I was about to mention that. Have you tried pulling it out?

Indeed, the controller plug broke and got stuck inside the controller port. Pull it out with a pair of pliers.

Paul-FC

my dad keeps saying it looks like a factory job......it isnt?

133MHz

It isn't. It's the male part of the controller plug that got stuck inside the socket.

I'd like to know more about this swap meet you went to. Was it like a flea market? I've never heard of organized garage sales.

mobiusclimber

LOL this happened to my first TG16. Dropped it off a shelf (cuz the stupid controller cord is so short) and the pin connector from the controller broke off in the port. XD

Man I didn't think it was funny when I did it. And no pliers, I actually pulled it out w/ my fingers. Cut two cuticles doing that. XD
