A few years ago when I decided to buy a Famicom, my first eBay win ended up being this clone. I didn't realize it wasn't the real thing till it showed up. I ended up replacing it with a legit Famicom, but this thing served me well for a couple months.

I've tried to do some research on it, but it doesn't show up on any of the clone lists that I've seen (http://www.famicomworld.com/Pirated/Pirated.htm,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Famiclones,http://www.ultimateconsoledatabase.com/famiclones.htm) One thing that does rule about it: built-in AV outputs.

Anyway, I have no idea what it's worth, but I'd really like to trade it for some Famicom/FDS games, preferably CIB. I'm also interested in an empty FDS box, with styros and inserts.

Thanks for looking!

Just curious...does the mic work? Doubt it, but that'd be neat. I don't see volume control for it. Not that volume control is necessary.

Not sure, is there an easier way to test it than finding a Pol's Voice in LoZ?

You should be able just to talk into it and hear it through the TV when playing any game.

I have one very similar to this but with a different name on the front and different controllers (4 buttons) I bought it new and so didn't want to open it up but there was a guy selling them on ebay in bulk, unfortunately I can't find his contact  :(

I'll post if I find it, it's directly related.

Well, I can't test the microphone because I can't get any game to load. Pink screen on every game. Not sure what's up, it was fine when I put it away a couple years ago... probably just a pin connector.

Well, thats awful. Have you tried taking a game and soaking the chip in rubbing alcohol, then pushing the cart in and pulling it out repetitively? It may help.

There was a guy selling these in bulk for $19.50 + shipping NEW on eBay not long ago.

He was based out of California.

I don't think these are worth very much unfortunately.

I checked, mine is the same as Carl mentions - so not worth alot but one of the better clones out there IMO, especially if it's properly cloned hardware and not Nes On A Chip.

After close inspection mine is the same as above, but I still can't find the seller, dang!

Doesn't look like you can play Takeshi no Chosenju on that..

No drunk karaoke for you Mister :D
I like to glitch old VHS tapes and turn them into visuals for live music events. Check out what I'm working on - www.instagram.com/tylerisneat

Cobra Commander

I have this thing. Most of my real famicom games won't play on it.
When I bought it, it came with about 7 pirate games. They all work fine, but legit games were no go.
