Brocoli salad. It sounds kind of gross, but it actually is pretty good. I tried it for the first time yesterday at my girlfriends. It has brocoli)obviously) grated veggies like carrots and such, mixed nuts, crasons, and a deliscious vinagrette dressing. It is a very sweet tasting salad, and definetly one of my top choices. Think of it as cole slaw with brocoli, nuts and crasons added.
