Really? I wasn't aware of that. ... I have never seen an American version of a SB game.

ESRB ratings don't work on logic unfortunately. They're supposed to, but they've become like the council planning depts. here in the UK, they'll find things to be unhappy about and if you dispute it at all they make a real big deal about it, like that "respect mah authoritaaah!!" thing Cartman said in South Park, so lame.
